Hi everyone,

I'm about to submit my I-751documentation (I'm the petitioner) and I have a couple of questions:

1) Do I have to submit the supporting documents PRIOR the last 2 years? I assumed not, because those has been already submitted with my initial application. Things like the marriage certificate for instance, or evidence from 3 and 4 years ago...?

2) Are 2 passport pictures still needed? I'm not abroad FYI

Thank you all

1. They want documents that cover the entire marriage. Yes it's redundant. But you also never know what may have been lost.

2. No.

I only included the information since the approval of the CR1 under the assumption that they are verifying that you are living as a bona fide married couple with the conditional green card, not second guessing the initial decision.  Their focus is financial commingling and living together since being granted the green card.

1) Entire marriage is required even if it is redundant. Reminder letter sent by USCIS to us clearly indicated as "entire marriage".

2) No passport photos required unless you are out of country.

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Also it is a good way to try to weed out fraud since for example I have no idea what I submitted almost 3 years ago. (yeah it is my bad). Regardless they might receive new evidence from the previous time period or contradicting ones. I am sure they have everything scanned in lately so less chance to lose something.
