What to write if you are in military?

Hi my fiance is in military and he was stationed in many countries before. 

 

”provide all US states and foreign countries in which you have resided since your 18th birthday" 

 

Does he have to write all the places he has been stationed before??

No, he does not have to write that. That is if you actually lived there as a Expat not as a service member

How about physical address history in past 5 years? 

He was stationed in Hawaii 5years ago, do we have to write Hawaii address on there??

Yes, he can do the unit address while in Hawaii.
