I need to complete the 601 waiver. I’m a US citizen and my husband is UK. I feel like I can accurately complete the waiver and include all required evidence, but how do I get his signature on it? The instructions say USCIS will not accept a stamped or typed signature. Can I sign his name since I’m the spouse? Could I Dropbox it to him and he could print, sign, and Dropbox to me? I can’t think how to get his signature on it? I tried searching the forum for signature info, but didn’t find anything. Is there some easy way I’m missing?

No. He has to sign it.  Could I Dropbox it to him and he could print, sign, and Dropbox to me? No.  It would be a print out of his signature.  I can’t think how to get his signature on it? He prints it out, sign it, and then mail it to you.  The old fashion way.

Unlikely that USCIS will accept a POA.

Sign it and mail it.  It's quick and easy.  Avoids the uncertainty of a POA.

used one and used POA with his ITIN to add to my bank account

DHL or FEDEX won’t delay you but a couple days.  You get it to him electronically, he door-dashes it back to you
