Hello guys, I've been following all your post since 2019. And this is the first time I want to ask something.

I filed I360 and I485 together on April 2019 with my lawyer to VSC

For I360 ;

-)  On April 17, 2019, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-360

No RFE

3 or 4 times Prima Facie

I got Combo Card 2 times also i applied for third one around February 13th 2021.

For I485 ;

-) On April 17, We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

-) As of August 30, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485

So, my questions is ;

1-) There is any applicants in April or March 2019?

2-) Do you think should I go to the congressmen now or couple weeks after? Because the UCSIS processing time is between 19,5 and 25 months. So the normal process has about 15 days more to expire.

Note;  I am very sure that there are enough documents and proof in my file. Because it was prepared with a couple different lawyers and was sent in an extremely thorough manner, complete with all evidence and police report. There are also dozens of photos of my wife's family and my dad/mom taken together. I even have a video showing the moment my wife attacked me with a knife. In other words, there is a lot of text messages, 2 police report, hand written notes for special days by my wife, gifts, bank statement, more than 200 different pictures with her uncle, grandmother, siblings and more and more.

Also, all files were filled correctly and without any errors from the first day and were sent only to Vermont Service Center.

I mean 2 years passed and is it normal to have a long silence?

two years or more is not uncommon.

Read the Statistic Report - this is why it is taking 2 years or more to process with 24,000 petitions pending

If I received 2 times prima facie and never asked any RFE  is it possible that my vawa will denied? Sent full package. Did anybody ever had the situation?

Only if it doesn’t meet the requirements for the petition..or if the officer is not satisfied. In other words, it hardly gets denied as most officers ask for more evidence if all you submitted doesn’t give them enough closure. Stay positive, you may be approved without any RFE!😊👍

I’m from September 2019 , They didn’t ask me RFE, got two prima facie , my second prima facie valid till July. If they don’t not ask me rfe will I get third prima face if they will not get decision for my case ?

RFE means more questions you don’t want them to be asking you questions,

recently we have seen September 2019 approvals it’s more likely your I-360 will get approve before your prima facie expires, if not then you will get your third prima facie.
