Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On March 18, 2021, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 17, 2021, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Current as of today at 2:44 a.m.

I have talked to so many attorneys and they are if the opinion that you don’t have to wait to get married or to sponsor some one because VAWA is a self petition category moreover the marriage was terminated because of the abuse so you are feee to marry any one and can sponsee her

Hello family and happy Saturday.
when your case is approve and they send over the ead card this doesn’t include advance parole, correct?
can I use a non expired combo card to travel (the c09 one) or should I apply to another advance parole after vawa approval? Hope I didn’t make this question hard to understand.

I-360 approval EAD card (C31) does not come combo you have to apply for advance parole separately, but you can use your C09 EAD combo  card to travel if is still valid

Both are valid and yes you can have two concurrent EADs, so if the C09P is still valid you can travel on it.  Note that the only way you can get Advance Parole is via the AOS application and it's not strictly related to the VAWA (I-360) application. Also you cannot get a combo card for any category other than the AOS C09, so there's no such thing as a "C31P".

Also another thing to note: If you file for a renewal, only the employment authorization gets extended for 180 days, the AP does not, so don't travel during a donut hole between expiration and getting a new card.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Hello guys, I've been following all your post since 2019. And this is the first time I want to ask something.

I filed I360 and I485 together on April 2019 with my lawyer to VSC

For I360 ;

-)  On April 17, 2019, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-360

No RFE

3 or 4 times Prima Facie

I got Combo Card 2 times also i applied for third one around February 13th 2021.

For I485 ;

-) On April 17, We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

-) As of August 30, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485

So, my questions is ;

1-) There is any applicants in April or March 2019?

2-) Do you think should I go to the congressmen now or couple weeks after? Because the UCSIS processing time is between 19,5 and 25 months. So the normal process has about 15 days more to expire.

Note;  I am very sure that there are enough documents and proof in my file. Because it was prepared with a couple different lawyers and was sent in an extremely thorough manner, complete with all evidence and police report. There are also dozens of photos of my wife's family and my dad/mom taken together. I even have a video showing the moment my wife attacked me with a knife. In other words, there is a lot of text messages, 2 police report, hand written notes for special days by my wife, gifts, bank statement, more than 200 different pictures with her uncle, grandmother, siblings and more and more.

Also, all files were filled correctly and without any errors from the first day and were sent only to Vermont Service Center.

I mean 2 years passed and is it normal to have a long silence?
