Hello friends ... is anyone still waiting on their second RFE review? It's been 73 days since I sent my response. Anyone knows the average time for how long it takes USCIS to review RFEs?

My RFE was to submit more proof that I resided with my ex-wife.

Hello family, please does anyone know how to contact the ombudusman in Dallas Texas. There hasn't been any update on my 485  for a long time now even when my I-360 was approved.

Thank you for responding! How did you know that they moved it to VSC? Did the case status say that the i765 was moved to another office? My automatic extension expires in the first week of July and I don't think VSC still has my EAD renewal application with them.

Hi everyone. I filled i360 in April 2020. Right now I have an emergency and  I met the criteria to expedite my case. How do I go about that? I have written to the Vermont center with supporting documents and its been 6 weeks now. still have not heard anything back.

I got the update that it was transferred to another office.  You should too!.. You can also enquire through your Congressperson. I recommend you should!👍

Unfortunately my lawyer really hates it whenever I try to reach out and make contact with USCIS, I honestly kinda feel helpless with her. Was your renewal application based on C09 category but still needed to be sent to VSC? I have a pending i485 since I had it held in abeyance.

If they determine you qualify for expedite, they will notify you.

if you do not mind answering, can you please tell me what have you submitted with your rfe? 
I received the same one, as well as the bona fide rfe and about to send mine out soon.

 

 

from what I know,  there’s no specific time frame that they are following now. I have heard from my lawyer, that several people have been able to hear back within a month or two, while others had to wait way longer than that. The immigration is kind of a mess now, so that’s possible they just have not had a chance to look through  your info yet.

What are you trying to expedite? I doubt that you can expedite i-360. 

You can expedite EAD and advance parole.

If I were you I will go to that state and take the interview, what ever you do just make sure you didn’t miss the interview otherwise your case will be deny
