where do you live, meaning which state?

I know in some states you can renew your license online. I do not know if you can try that.

You can try info pass.

I do not think you can renew with old receipt.

Hi VJ fam,

 

So I made a huge mistake recently, I sent my C09 EAD renewal application to NBC as I did not know that having a pending i360 would mean that I need to send the application to VSC I got the automatic extension letter but it has been 211 days since NBC received my file. Does anybody know if NBC would actually give me a renewed C09 EAD? Or should I just send another application to VSC ASAP?

well let some knowledgeable person answer this.

 

However, if i were you i would send the new one to Vermont. It would be free if you have paid for i-485 or fee wavier.

I received PF extension for 6 more months but still waiting to get EAD renewal. Does EAD renewal card follows after PF extension ? any one has idea ?

We saw cases here where NBC transferred the case to VSC but it took months. I would send a new package to VSC, or you can ask the congressman to inquiry and find out

They are different petitions hence not in direct relation to each other.. they issue PF if they are yet to conclude your case (i360)...so you can get the PF benefits while they are still deliberating on  your case.. for the C9 renewal, it’s processed as soon as your case turns up next on the queue!👍

I was in the same situation couple of years ago when my attorney decided to send my C9 renewal to NBC instead of VSC, which caused a major delay before NBC finally moved it to VSC and I was approved about a month later! One thing is certain, it will be moved but will take time! I didn’t have to send in another petition!🤷🏻‍♀️
