for i-360 when you get a message new card is being produced, it's not a green card. it is EAD with c31 category.

Our timelines are similar after approval of I360, even tho I applied on 24APR19.
C31 card produced on 30APR21

I360 Approved - not yet showing up (seems I am 1 week behind you)...

yes i did, then in few days they sent me a harsh rfe, so working on that to send response...

Hi everyone.

i renewed my EAD C09 with AP in jan 21,now my i360 got approved and i received C31.

Does C31 comes with advance parole or i have to apply for AP again?

which one of the EADs should i use if i travel to my home country?

Hi Family

 

I submitted my request to renew C09P EAD for me and my daughter. My Daughter's EAD was approved and delivered but mine still pending. Tried to get in touch with online chat on USCIS. They said i have to submit a written request to Vermont.

What should i do ?

They received my I-360 the 20th of August 2019, since then there has been nothing, no rfe nothing. Just case received, so I was thinking maybe they’ll send me a rfe soon but checked today and new card being produced

C31 does not come as a combo card with AP, You must travel with the EAD C09P which includes the AP. or the paper AP , Since you renew C09 with AP just wait for the renewal.

You can inquiry by writing to Vermont or thru congress office, they will not give any information online or phone.
