You should include name of the ICE officer who visited you (date and time) and the racist words he conveyed you from  your ex-spouse in your affidavit. And clearly explain to USCIS the abuse along with this circumstantial evidence. good luck!

I have the officer name and all the officers names too because I made my lawyer call them the next morning and they were it was bad what they did and Racism I showed them my abuser text and they told me 100% is him and apologized to me and my roommate because they came with guns and everything was bad feeling especially in late night

Not really vawa-related question, but I am having issues with my employer not accepting my EAD extension.

I have provided it to them multiple times and they keep emailing me once in a while saying that I have never sent it, even though I have literally forwarded them OUR email thread where they confirm they have received it.

Once I  mentioned my lawyer, they stopped responding to my emails.

 

Does anyone have experience regarding this issue? Has anyone ever had to open an investigation case? 

I mean, it is employment at will, so if they want to fire me, they will find a way. But I wanted to see if anyone has ever been able to deal with such issues successfully.

multiple times. They confirm that they have received the items but then keep reaching out again, stating that they have never received them (I know it sounds crazy but that’s literally the way it is). 

once I try to clarify whether  I am all set, they never respond.

You should go in person hand it over and take a pic handing over the documents like the world leaders exchange agreements. You can show that as a proof next time they ask (whoever that is) for docs.

I wish, they are out of state. I have our email threads that prove that I have provided everything multiple times, I have provided a proof of those email threads, but looks like they just like messing with me.

 

oh well, I guess I will just have to keep sending my documents once a week

write to Vermont with all the supporting documents. Get a letter from your employer or if you have a job offer add that. If you are going through a sewer loss then get all those documents and send to Vermont.
