Your case has been approved the moment I360 status changed to card being produced. I don't think there's anything you need to do, but if you don't get the approval notice soon you may want to reach out to the congressman to get a copy. The date of approval will be from when the card was produced though.

So the ones from abroad will just email you scanned signed affidavits? I would be surprised if USCIS accepted that.

It’s not unusual! Most people here wait that long. Be reassured that receipt of C31 is same thing as being approved! You should be getting that update really soon!👍😊

Hello. I got  the C31 EAD early March but no approval notice, waiting on it to file I-485 for my daughters and I. Do I need the I-360 approval notice to send in with our I-485s, to show that they are beneficiaries on my case?

I brought to my interview the following ;

 

1 certified copy of birth certificate

2 copy of my divorce 

3 copy of all my EAD

4 copy of all my passports 

5 copy of my USA ID

6 copy of my marriage licence and certificate 

7 copy of my taxes for the last 5 years

8 deposition of my citation 

 

at the interview the IO only asked for my divorce

Yes i am really relaying on these affidavits but due to lockdown and covid infection none of my witness able to notarized letters. All are signing and emailing me from abroad and one who is here already mailed me original. 

You should ask them to notarize them , they do not sound authentic if you dont

congrats liite over 23 months May 2019 filer, 2nd pfd expired 25 dec 2020, did receive the 3rd one, hopefully it isn't any issue.
