Also one of the county what I lived ( actually I lived several cities ) I got police clearance but I forgot that from that county I just got it ) do I need to send it to uscis with my attorney ) I don’t know she is going to send or not) thank you for advice ! 
 

I dont think uscis accept voice recording. Text messages are enough

that's is taking long time for you. You know what's funny. I was checking receipt number before me and those are still pending.  those were applied same day as mine.

i think Vawa petitioners gets 10 year green card if i am not mistaken.

(Hearing in Removal proceeding immigration court ) Because I didn’t go interview uscis sent me automatically to immigration court that time I was gathering my document after I applied Vawa but I was already in removal processing

Hi, have a question. I sent my vawa( full package) in 2019 . After sent when I check my affidavit statement  like it starting for example I Maria right ?! When I read  my history again my first name was incorrect like Marai. Do I get any rfe for that? Or does it get me Denial  for my vawa case? Also about my I-485 application my fathers first name they got same mistake. I have got big nervous then I saw it . Did anybody ever had same  situation?

They'll either acknowledge it as a typo (especially if the name is right on the form and you submitted some proof of identity) or they'll RFE you to ask what your name is. You won't get a straight up denial for something so small.

How does terminating proceedings look like these days? I tried to poke around and it looks like the things that Sessions decreed back in 2018 while he was AG in Matter of S-O-G- & F-D-B- are still controlling, i.e. you pretty much can't get a termination except under really specific circumstances.

Hi Maria, I will suggest you try to talk to your lawyer and send immigration a letter  and your birth certificate explaining the error made in the name spelling. I have gotten denied before, because I had written 2018 January instead of 2019 January. And they wrote it on the denial letter that I mentioned It on my denial letter that I lied about when I first moved I. With my husband. Without Even cross checking that I had not even moved in to the United state in 2018 January. I maybe wrong about name spelling but that was my experience with miss spelled date.just to be clear the mistake was made during my reply to a noid. So they didn’t send a notice again it just got straight denial. Good luck

Sure I sent my passport and BC copy . I have Another question , when I filled-in my 485 form I pointed out that I worked in USA illegal and I asking for forgiveness, i did nerve get Any letter for that if they satisfied my request . I don’t have idea if uscis ever sent the letter for that . Thanks for quick answering  🙏

Thanks for shear your information 🙏 I’ll talk to my lawyer. Hope  already appealed  your vawa , sometimes we got technical mistake , I hope they envisage it

Working without authorization is not a bar to AOS for VAWA applicants. So it won't be a factor.

Thanks, yes I did appeal the case, but it was for marriage based green card. I had recently applied for vawa in October 2020.
