Hi guys,

Like i said in the previous part that i got the update on my uscis app for vawa case but nothing changed. However today i got the notification from the usps that i am getting a mail from the uscis from the Vermont office. What it could be. I can't wait to get the mail. 

I am just wondering it could be rfe?

It might be RFE yes

Vermont does not reply to letters. I sent one 9 months ago and my case still says that correspondence has been received...

HI. My friend has asking for answer. she already got vawa approved in 2019,then asked BC for 485 . her online status changed that they received her RFE it almost 17 month and nothing any update. when she contacted her congressperson they said that uscis are checking her background and they don't know how long does it take. last year sent request for C31 renewal with AP(parole before she had with C09) and they denied her parole. did anybody ever had same situation? or what its everything means?

Filed  i485 and i765 March 3rd 2020

RFE May 2020 Police clearance birth country 

RFE response August 2020

(There was a note on the uscis's website saying "due to covid 19 " it's ok if it takes longer to reply to RFE)

September 2020 New Card is being produce i360

September 11 case approved 

September 15 card delivered c31

December 2020 biometrics appointment 

March 2021 AOS interview

Yes or no questions and the officer said Good Luck!

I was so scared. 

Same day my status was update to New card is being produce.

And like 7 days later the card was delivered.
