Hello Everyone. I have some concerns/Question the group can offer some input. Hey so I will just go ahead and give the short version of the story. I migrated to the United States in 2016 on a K-1  visa. Started adjusting of status in 2018. My petition was withdrawn by my ex-wife.
I filed the I 360  application ( only) in 2019. So now my vawa is approved. I had no previous knowledge that I needed to file I-131 , I-485 & I-765.
SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

File I-485, I-765 and I-131 (I don’t know if you can get advance parole given that you are out of status) File those with Vermont.

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center

Hello everyone

Just want to know if 4 aftadavit from friends is enough for proof that I was married in good faith and proof that I lived with my husband.

I also wrote a 10 pages of aftadavit showing from when and how I met my husband until he got arrested because of the abuse.

Do you think that's enough to send to uscis? I also have one mail from irs for my exhusband that was redirected from our old address to our new address. I have mails for myself for the new address. I need to prove that we had shared residents.

it could be residency requirement , I got same ...

Yes it is and also that I was married in good faith. The lease that we had was not signed so I text the then landlord asking for a copy of the lease that was signed and he refused stating that I had to pay him one month rent. I have the messages so I printed them and will be sending them to uscis. I also wrote a detailed aftadavit stating how I met my husband, the wedding etc. Our life story together

You are on the right track. Also see if you can get statement from landlord or neighbors who have seen you and spouse. Mails with your name and his name might help too. Address on bank statements, employer records are useful too. And send all pictures of you together with family  n friends. Good luck dear.

I asked the landlord for a letter or a copy of the sign lease and he refused stating that we broke the lease and need me to pay him $1200. I have the conversation with the landlord in text so I'm printing it and sending it also

Have you submitted any bills, insurances, leases, bank statements, taxes, etc., if you do not mind answering?

the only reason why I am curious, is that in my RFE they did not like the fact that I only had a few bills, therefore they are asking me for the same things again.

I am wondering what other ppl have submitted before receiving the same RFE

thanks

Which month in 2019 did you file i360 and when was it approved if you don't mind me asking? I am still waiting and also didn't file anything else.

Thanks much 🙏

Should I send a payment with the petition or will the fee be waived?

you can apply for waiver if you qualify for it, but if you don't meet waiver qualifications, then you have to send it with fee, google i912 waiver and read the instructions to see if you qualify, good luck
