From what I know, either notarized (they should be able to do it for free at their bank) or a copy of their id should be attached.

I am not a lawyer, so let me guys know if I am wrong.

I had just copies of their Ids attached to affidavits, and only one was notarized out of 3

Hi Sandra,

A year ago, after we had our baby things were really really bad and I had to file the I360 and ask for the IO to hold my I485 in abatement when I went in for my interview for the I130/I485 alone. Now, after a year of therapy things are much better and I'm wondering if I am willing to stay married for our child how do I tell uscis that I dont need the I485 interview to be held (while teh I360 is processed) and we are willing to both come in for our I130/I485 interview?

Thank you for all that you do Sandra!

If it's a C09 attach a copy of I-485 receipt notice.

If it's a C31 attach a copy of I-360 approval.

In either case attach a copy front and back of the previous EAD.

For #25 you can just answer it "Pending I-485".

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

PF came today as the old one expired today, thanks to everyone trying to calm me down, this immigration process is just trying me. I hope everyone is getting good news today.

Yes , I understand. I have been waiting for my EAD and at this point I’m just tired.

I had my interview on February 18th, NYC field office and still no updates :(
Contacted my congresswoman almost 2 weeks ago and she said she will reach out to them,  still no word about it

Is this delay normal?

Looks like our cases are in the forgotten world. I also reached out to my congresswoman, senator and the ombudsman. USCIS has not yet responded to their requests (requests were sent 3 weeks ago). My lawyer said we will send a letter to Vermont at 90 days.

Is it possible your spouse/ex was a GC holder? Could that be the reason for the delay? Cause I'm wondering why it's taking so long
