Thank you @sandranjas always you are a blessing, and the reason why i asked that is not that i had issues answering the questions i didn't mind i was mentally prepared to answer anything he asked no matter how painful that memory can be. The reason why i got worried is that when he started questioning about my spouse y attorney intervene and asked hem no to ask that kind a questions on which the IO got mad at i could her that in his voice and i was in my head im ready to answer anything please don't make the IO mad. After the clash between my attorney and the IO he stop asking about my spouse and concentrated on the yes/no questions and on other question but he was always looking first at the attorney after each question, so idk if her intervening like that he was very carfulle what he will ask. At the end when he asked if we any questions i said no and my attorney said yes, she asked is there anything wrong with the case the IO said no i need to review it and my supervisor needs to review it and she asked do you need any other information the officer said no from what im seeing but again i have to review the case and then he will make a decision so idk hope that my case will be approved and i will be able to have a normal life a safe live. Hope they won't deny me and deport me i have nowhere else to go everyone that care about me are here :(

You'll be fine. Just hope for the best.

Hello Vawa family,

Can someone please explain to me what this status means? Does this mean that my case is at NBC or at my local office. Fwiw they transferred my case to another office for processing on March 17 and then March 18 it says new office has jurisdiction. I haven't gotten any notice by mail. Thank you in advance.

Earlier, I had suggested that the supervisor needed to sign off on the case. :)

Words mean things.  Keep the faith.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Does any of the Sep 2020 filer still waiting for their EAD c9 approval yet? I know couple of folks here already received theirs. But I have no words yet so far, no BIO taken either. Good things EAD processing time got shrunk so that my attorney can raise service request but I’m feeling so desperate and no luck... :(

I have to go send them another letter requesting PF extension tomorrow since mine expires then, maybe third time is the charm and I'll get something, this whole process stresses me out, I have written 2 times, no news.

Can someone please tell me if all aftadavit that are written by families and friends have to be notarized before send it to USCIS.

There is no rule that says it has to be notarized, but I would notarize them if it were me, just to be on the safer side, not to say that it will be rejected if it is not notarized, or will be accepted if it is, but notarize them and send them. Good luck.

From what I know, either notarized (they should be able to do it for free at their bank) or a copy of their id should be attached.

I am not a lawyer, so let me guys know if I am wrong.
