My I485 status never updated either when it was transferred, I just got the interview notice in the mail. Realistically my guess is that your interview will be 9-15 months from now.

It was mentioned here before that VAWA applicants are exempt from public charge rule, plus Biden has been doing some actions to remove it for other categories as well. A different question is, are you eligible for that before you get your green card? I'm not sure tbh, but definitely do some research.

My auto insurance has different address than where me and my wife lived together. USCIS asked why is that

 

My cousin helped buying me car and insurance, he was living in Illinois that. Car registration and policy has Illinois address. I added her on my insurance but address is not as of California. I forgot to remove her from my policy after i moved out, I then removed her in next 6month policy, As i am renewing my policy for every 6 months.

 

My checking bank statement do not have much transactions so USCIS is asking why is that when i was living with her.  She was in complete financial control, he was working when we were together and i was looking for job. So she was using her personal bank account and not our in common and as i was not going out much there are not many transactions on our common account. What to do?

 

She used my documents and tried adding herself on my account, i received letter after i left her, USCIS i asking why letter stating i am trying to add her on my account after she left me. Thing is it wasnt me, it was her, i even called police but they said as i am still married to her, i can not filed identity theft case. I did not had report so did not said anything in my statement. 

 

What to provide for residence together? I already sent them joint account, but it dosent have much transactions, I sent my friends letter, she did not added me on any of her account and we were paying rent in cash, landlord is her friend and not ready to help. Recently got divorce and divorce paper has her same address we lived together, i am not sure if i should sent that or not.

 

 It is asking for photos, but my wife deleted all my photos, i barely managed to get few selfies that i sent to my friends back to send it with my application. I really do not have more photo to send them. I am not a kind of guy who like to take photos, She broke my phone before i left so unfortunately i do not have anymore photos of us. 

Please help me, Is this RFE something really serious? My friends who filed through Attorney have not received such detailed RFE. Going through attorney makes a difference?

 

I do not have much documents to support now, no one is ready to write statement of witness for me now. 

Write a detailed self affidavit in Hindi and then translate it. Start with  detailed Courtship and give  unique details of incidents peculiar to every relationship.Write down what you have and give details explanation what you don't have.

On Dec 2nd week , I got a call from IO from my local office , asked about why you had not attended interview.I had mentioned that I had not received letter, but he told that letter/notice delivered as of their records and he told that he can reschedule .On next day I got letter -response to my CIS ombudsman request, interview scheduled including date.But this letter received next day

Raised FOIA request and got copy of notice .On mar 1st week, raised Case outside of processing time SR and I got response " Please be aware that USCIS cannot confirm or deny the existence of your petition or application over the phone, in email, or through a service request.

In order to better serve you, USCIS feels that it would be best if you made an appointment to visit your local office in personthe xxxxxxx Field Office.  You may request an appointment by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 and requesting an InfoPass appointment."

 

Requested infopass and got appointment for Mar 15, Requesting suggestions - took new medicals(693) on Dec 2020 and old missed appointment notice is a formal letter to attend interview on scheduled letter

 

Requesting suggestions, what I can get done on that infopass and what documents I need to take.I am planning to take all documents (atleast 2 sets)

Looks like the main issue has been resolved in the sense that you will have your interview rescheduled. When you go for your infopass, you can give them your safe address and advice them of any other concern you may have, as that is a great opportunity to do so. Go with the missed interview notice.. and maybe NOA for the i485. Also gather important and relevant documents ahead of your impending interview.. go through your i360 petition and i485 as well since some officers like to re-adjudicate i360 at interviews. This might not be your case, but it's wise to go prepared. Wish you heaven's best!👍

Most states have a safe address program. If your state is listed on that link you can click the name of the state (in blue) and it should send you to your states webpage on the program. See if you are able to get a safe address through them that is more local then the one you are using in another state. You can also try to open a PO box in the local post office.

The image you previously posted was removed because you did not black out all your personal info. Are you able to upload it again with it blacked out?  Also is this letter titled as an RFE or a NOID? A NOID is more serious and needs to be responded to point by point. Many people facing a NOID use an attny because it is more serious. Have you attempted to get a pro bono attny or a low cost one?  If you can not find an attny and will be responding yourself then you really need to post the RFE so we can help you make sure you are responding correctly. You can PM me if you need help in drafting it. Once you have your response written up you can then ask if Sandra can look it over before sending it back.

Sorry I hadn't noticed your message from Part 21.

Please take heart and try keeping faith. The wait and silence do get very difficult at times so I feel you.

 

It seems each case is treated so differently so I would not be surprised if your case was indeed not transferred to the local office until later.

I got my approval August 2019 and the last update on my I-360 was that correspondence was received in December 2019. Complete silence since then.

I am using the I-485 from my marriage and followed the guidelines USCIS provided at the time to let them know that I want my I-485 adjudicated based on my I-360 and not the previous I-130.

I find hope in the fact that I have been able to renew my EAD twice so far and I recently also requested a travel document.(Sent the application mid October 2020, got a receipt notice back in February 2021 only).

I would suggest looking into the Congressperson in your specific district and reaching out to them with a detailed letter and copies of your I-485 receipt and I-360 approval.

This was sort of a last resort for me after sending VSC a couple letters and not hearing back.

 

I trust we will get interviews this year by God's grace.

i am now outside of the states my combo card stil valid for 4 months .. my question is .. can i send the Combo card renewal application while iam not in the states ! Because i knew it’s taking longer now a days for the renewal .. and iam not sure if i will come back to states in the next three months because i have family emergency here in home country !

If you have all the documents with you outside there I'd suggest you do it anytime now. You could've done it 6 months before expiration but the earlier the better.
