Hi guys...I am wishing all a beautiful day and wishing many more approvals..

Just a question if someone vawa has being approved but no interview has yet. , but was advice that his i485  case is with a supervisor for review is that bad or good?

I will take as a good news. Supervisor make the final decision, at the end final closure with approval is what we look forward too.

Today I finally had my I-485 interview at Queens Field Office, NY. The officer was very nice and he only asked for my updated Medicals, my passport and a copy of my divorce decree. Then he told me that I should receive a letter in the mail in a week or two and right away my status changed to New Card is being produced.

I’m so happy 😃 and thank you everyone for always be here helping each other. 🎉 🥳 🍾

I did mention it, didn’t attach any proofs, but I will now.

just wondering if someone has ever been able to prove something without that type of evidence. I mean, all those explanations make total sense, but immigration officers might not think that.

no withdrawals, got paid in cash for bartending (legally hired, paid my taxes) and used to give him cash money for all the expenses, as that is the way he wanted it.

"Marriage Fraud" and to provide insufficient evidence to establish Bona fide marriage stand on different footings. Almost every other applicant in this form got RFE, but the way you are taking  it is wrong. Write a good and anew self affidavit starting with courtship and other peculiar events of your relationship. Write in detail why you cant produce the evidence they asking for?

Note:  My ex owned the home and I provided them with the proof and they accepted. so be positive and start writing now that you ve to win this case.

I never received that information, I only found out it was in my local office after my congresswoman made an inquiry.

John's experience shows that there is hope when everything seems dark and grim.

In your mind, picture the same happy experience for yourself.

Keep a positive attitude and a stiff upper lip!
