Should I just reapply now? Just scared that i’d be sent to ICE after a 485 denial

You cant reapply until you get a denial for the first one, otherwise you will have 2 pending I-485 which causes a huge mess.

After I-485 denial it takes a time to get NTA  (ICE) so once you get the denial in the mail quickly submit a new I-485 , once you quickly submit that form you are not going get NTA, and if you do have a pending I-360 vawa you are not going to get NTA regardless of your U-485 denial 😊

Is there a way one can check online for public records so as to know if one's spouse has divorced the other partner or if annulment had happened? Please anyone who has a link should please help me check? I can give the person my name details privately. I will really appreciate. Thank you.

You have to check state and county records for the divorce/annulment.  I checked and I could not find anything.  Some states are easier to find this information.  I was searching in Texas.

Thank you for replying. I am also in Texas.

In texas, search for the county that you lived in, and it will tell you if there is a divorce/annulment record.  Also, it is easy to find his voter registration to prove US Citizenship.
