VJ family i need help, after 10 months I just got a receipt to appear for biometrics for my i765 and i485 application under my i30. Remind you, I have i360 pending still with immigration and it is currently going initial review. I am not sure under what category will the immigration issue my work permit?. Please let me know,

will I be getting under c9 and c31 both or what? I thought once i apply for i360 immigration already knows about both the application.

Thank you and god bless you all!!

It has been stated several times that I-130 and I360 are two separate petitions and NO they are not replaced by each other.  I would keep my biometrics appt, as it will be with C09.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey

Thank you so much

I have the
therapist

Psychologist

Messages

and photo of physical abuse

and the ice and fbi report

hopefully they work

Those are good. Make sure the Therapist and psychologists specialize Domestic violence and submit a long and detailed report. Also submit solid evidence of residence. Also get a competent Lawyer that knows VAWA. But you are on the right track

C09 or both. The I-765 is tied to the I-485 being pending, so that one results in a C09. If you checked the box on I-360 that states "I am in US and request an EAD", you'll get a C31.

You can concurrently have multiple EADs, but considering the C09 is a better deal (2 years validity as of a few days ago, possibility of having advance parole on that card, and free renewals), I'd personally just maintain the C09 and stash the C31 in a drawer somewhere.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
