They denied it and put fraud charge 204c on it. My abuser did too much mess on it. Now I'm hoping i360 of they can send me a rfe or noid for me to debunk that 204c. I have so much proof, notorized letters from neighbors and friends, bills,...

So sorry to hear that, I believe things didn’t go clear for them, but bottom line is they gonna have to deny I-130 if you file I-360 because they understand you guys are no longer together

USCIS have 3 new policy updates today, which benefits at lot. Regarding AOS EAD now will be valid for 2 years instead of 1 years this include EAD Renewal too:)

Now I don't feel so bad that I have been waiting for over 8 months. 2 years validity,  takes the sting out of the wait.

Hello guys. So I went for my green card interview today and was approved on the spot. Questions were based on I-485. I only needed to correct my birthday and update my new job. The IO was very friendly. Thank you to everyone in this forum. Being here has been very therapeutic for me. Stillwinning, sandraj, and everyone else, God bless you and I pray God grant approvals to all that are still waiting.

I-360 filed in August 2018

i-485 transferred in November 2020

Biometric in February 2020
