It doesn’t mean you gonna wait for another six months, you might be around the corner

So happy to hear this once again. I was sure that PF stands for “wait till it expires”

Hang in there, it may be your background security checks are not cleared yet. This delay Vawa case a lot.

Wired think it’s that after my first inquire they said: pending security check

after the second one: case with an agent

let’s hope that this chapter would soon be positivity close

Hello everyone,

It's a good day to share my good news.

Almost 5years since I filed my i360 & i485 together.

I have finally come to the end of this journey.

Baltimore FO: Interview was March 29th.

Timeline

i485 & i360---> July 2016

i360 approved------> Sept 2018

First EAD(long story)----> April 2019

GC approved today

I believe we'll get more good news from those still waiting soon.

Thanks for opening this amazing support group, it's the worst thing that happened to my lawyer and the best for me 🤣

Hi VAWA community,

A quick question. How long does it take for i360 status to change from "Card was delivered to you by the Post Office" to "Case Approved" ???

Why I am askinng - I tried to schedule infopass to make sure my address is correct on my I485, however, I was called back from potentially VSC (I am not sure, but lady sounded like she is holding my case in her hands) and she declined infopass to me, but said to just relax, dont do anything and just wait...She said we have your address in Vermont and we will mail it to a correct local office...don't worry...she also said if your interview will not be scheduled in next 60 days then try to request Infopass again and we will call you again.
However, its been 45 days already since my case been in "Card was delivered to you by the Post Office" status....at this point it is obvious that my interview is not gonna be scheduled in next 15 days because even I360 is not yet in "Case Approved" status.

So how long does it normally take for  i360 status to change from "Card was delivered to you by the Post Office" to "Case Approved" ???

i have taken Emirates, Etihad and Qatar and Turkish. Those all are good. It also depends where you going and coming from.

Like in my country i went to 3 different airports. In 2 airports officers knew about AP but one of the airport they had no clue. Therefore, they asked me few questions and let me go in.

In addition to that just make sure your country is not restricted due to covid.

@balo101 Okay, Thanks

Great girl. I’m looking forward to your approval! Will keep you in my prayers! Once upon a time I was that girl reading of approvals and tales of such...I often wondered if it would ever be my turn. Faith in God and encouragement from some people here kept me going.. it’s a long and weary road I know...but patience is key! Your day  is approaching my dear!🙏😊

thanks so much for the kinds words and support!! staying grateful... ❤️

Hi @DmytriiD my card was produced on March 17 and on April 16 my I-360 case was approved. However my I485 still says "transferred to another office" and I haven't had any interview scheduled yet. I suggest you follow the lady's advice if you don't get the interview notice in 60 days call again and ask where your case is. Congrats o your approval

Hey fellow-Ukrainian!

my c31 was produced on May 20th, 2020, and case approved on August 6th, 2020, so I would say roughly about 2 months
