Omg Sandra tell me please,I’ve filed my i485 and i360 together,got my c31 on February and approval notice on March 23 and I have 0 updates on my i485 which I filed together on June 2019,still says case was received on June 2019...I’m so stressed about i,sorry for annoying questions 😢😢😢

Cases involving abuse the person has to file form I-360.The I-360 replaces the I-130. It doesn't matter the person had the I-130 approved. A person in removal proceeding can file VAWA.

How's it looking in the 2nd Circuit (IIRC you're in CT)? My case is in New York, NY (Federal Plaza) and it was admin closed back in early 2017 and right now I'd just like to get a straight up termination or get ICE to cancel my NTA. Also do you have any input on this write up regarding the Peroske memo? https://www.nationalimmigrationproject.org/PDFs/practitioners/practice_advisories/gen/2021_24Mar_pekoske-memo.pdf Do you think it's worth the try to write to the ICE counsel and see if they'd agree to a joint motion to terminate or agree to withdraw the NTA?

Do you have a source for this? The lawyers are saying the local office and I can’t switch lawyers since they are all I can afford right now. Also, should I send our medicals after the I-485s are transferred to our local office? How long does the transfer take?

09/26/18 i-485 your case was transferred to another office for processing 

04/04/2021 I-485 medical from Brooklyn office(Local)

04/28/2021 I-485 Local office received my medicals. 
5/07/2021 I-485 New card is being produced.

It should be sent to Vermont. Most people send the Medicals alongside the petition that way you may not be asked for an updated medical depending on when they finally get to work on your case. The transfer should happen within a few months or less.  Most attorneys will definitely like to do their own thing, so be sure to advise them what you want done and where you want it sent to! You’re paying the bills so make your voice heard!😊👍

so months back the call center confirmed with me that my i485, i765, and i131 were transferred to my VAWA from spouse.

Why is my spousal i-485 was processed and scheduled to interview like nothing happened? What can I do to cancel the interview? help 😰😰
