Now days to get a receipt notice 60 days is normal, I waited for a  EAD  C09 renewal receipt for months but actually got my I-360 approved C31 card in hand, be  patient you are almost there and also I pasted this change of address information.

Most individuals can change their address in two ways:

• Through your existing USCIS online account if you filed your form online; or  
• Filing Form AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card, online.

VAWA change of address; some said fill the form AR-11 and attach it with a notarize cover letter and send it to VSC

We have almost same timeline, I also sent RFE for medicals to Local office at the end of February. So I am expecting a response too. Did you received your physical Green card today or just the approval update?

Regarding your sister you can only sponsor spouse, minor children as an LPR, but you can petition her when you become a USA Citizens. 

So excited for you too, you have submitted your medical to your local office and just waiting for your GC to be approve and mail it, good luck to you 🙏

Hey guys, I just received an update on my case saying correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it, but I have not sent them anything... this is making me nervous!

Good morning. Got an email that there was an update on my case and it says this, this is very confusing. I got my EAD in the mail last week, category C31, but I haven’t gotten the I-360 approval notice yet so this is making me nervous. Should I reach out to the congressman and ask him ask USCIS to send the approval notice? The lawyers only submitted I-360 and I-765 application. What could this mean?

give it few days for approval notice. since you already have EAD now they denied the other one.

My guess is that you checked the box on the I-360 which states "I am in US and request an EAD". Since you got the initial C31 EAD from the I-360 itself they cannot approve the I-765 so they just deny it for a reason that you already got this EAD.

 

Basically this is just a matter of course denial.

Some not good news over here guys - as per USCIS website they again rolled back i360 processing times to March 10th (yesterday it was March 30th). This happens 4th time when they roll it back in March 2019...never gets to April yet.

Hello Guys, am trying to file for renewal of my c09, though my I-360 has been approved and I have my C-31 card but because I needed the  AP so i want to file the combo. Please wat documents do I have to send so I don't get it rejected ?

 

Secondly, My vawa was approved in September 2020 and up till now they haven't transferred my case to my local office, what can I do about it ?
