1) i’ve confessed on my VAWA application that i’ve been working without permission. Can i use past/current coworkers’ letter of support?

 

2) i’ve had one marriage prior to my current marriage. Never filed for immigration benefits though. How will that negatively affect my application and can i use the first husband’s letter of recommendation?

Hey! I just received an update from my congresswoman that my file is in transit to the local field office. I had my interview 3 months ago, VAWA approved 1 year ago. Do you know what that means?

Hello my new family,

I submitted my I-360 without I-485/I765/I-131 as they were filed based on my I130 (which was denied couple weeks ago). Now I would like to submit new  I-485/I765/I-131 with the receipt notice from USCIS that my I-360 was received. but I am confused where to send these forms: to Vermont or Chicago lock box. Thank you

you are gonna send to Vermont. 

Did they deny your i-485 as well?

Hello VJ family,

 

My C09 EAD 180 days automatic extension is expiring in 2 months and I still did not get a new card. Can I send another EAD renewal application right now?

 

Also, I filed my I-360 but I don't believe I-765 and I-131 were included in that application to get EAD under C31. Did I have to include i765 in order to get C31 EAD once my I-360 is approved or will I continue renewing the C09 even if VAWA is approved?

once you vawa is approved you will get the c31. Meantime you can renew as c09 if you have pending i-485.

 

if i were you i would not send the new application. just reach out to your senator/congressperson if you case is out for normal processing time.
