A few days ago I posted here that I almost gave up of my Vawa case. I did had a complicated case but I choose the truth. I told everything that happened on my Affidavit even when it didn’t look good. I was even told by people here that my case didn’t look good. I was desperate because I knew everything I went through. I was honest all the time. If you are reading this don’t give up and always be honest even when people have doubts about you.
 

I filed on August 13, 2019.

3 PF and no RFE.

Hi guys! Very silly question. I know you’ve been going thru so many challenges and struggle. So my question will sound like I’m kidding. 
But. 
How do you think does it matter how I will be dressed on the interview?

What would you wear? 
I was thinking about being more official.

But a lot of my friends are telling that they been going to the interview in just regular outfits.

Your thoughts?

I would do something as if I was going to the job interview, for example, business casual maybe. It is a sign of respect to the USCIS and the officer, in my opinion. You can’t just go in the pijamas, it’s like you don’t give a ####### about the official establishment at all.

Good Evening VJ fam, 

 

I am contemplating filling for VAWA and  with the assistance of the members of this great platform, I was able to put my application together. But I have a quick question as regards i -485 tied to my I -130 petition . Can I write to Vermont to tie my pending I-485 to my VAWA application and also include this along with my application ???

 I thought about this as a proactive measure to avoid denial of my 485 should incase my husband withdraws the i -130 petition. I have moved out and not currently living with my abusive spouse.I will appreciate if I can be advised and guided. Thank you!
