I am sure they told nothing else, I believe they were actually closed per their website last Thursday and Friday - I wonder if someone else might help more next week? I am sorry, very upsetting.

Definitely upsetting. The embassy in Haiti definitely treats those that are going through the process very unfairly as if we are not paying. I am just patiently waiting, there is nothing I can do.
