Received an RFE for my I485 today, waiting patiently for the mail on what to do next.

I got my biometric appointment scheduled for mid june! Mail came in last weekend, unexpectedly. No any notifications. I am an early March filer.

just got an update on our AOS today and it says that we got RFE.  waiting for the mail.

Either tax related, birth certificate or may be medical ( if not submitted before) service center is NBC?

No... but I think most of us have done 2020 tax right? Since the ddl was Mid-May.

I also got a RFE for 2020 tax return. Don’t worry — RFE can be a good thing, that means they’ve reviewed our documents and think we’re good to go except for the RFE.

Hahahaha, ok.  For me that was the deadline for the 1st extension.  I just filed for 2019 in January.

How do you get the update for the RFE while waiting for the mail to come? Is it showing on the case tracker if you receive the RFE?

Hey! Could you please share what ASC you received biometrics for? That’s a quick timeline for bio!

Received the mail yesterday for I-693 deficiency. We had not completed it prior to submission. Waiting now for biometrics appointment. Crossing fingers on no other RFEs.
