Yes.

For clarification is your spouse a US citizen or a LPR?

I-130 and I-864 are filled-out by the US citizen, and the rest of the forms by the immigrant. In general, send the following four packets (*note that I-765 and I-131 packets are optional, but highly recommended) in the same envelope to the Chicago Lockbox:

  • I-130 with I-130A and copy of marriage certificate, filing fees, etc.;
  • I-485 with I-864 and supporting documents, electronic I-94 copy, filing fees, etc.;
  • I-765 with electronic I-94 copy, etc.; and
  • I-131 with electronic I-94 copy, etc.

You'll separate each packet with rubber bands or fasteners: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/form-filing-tips

On the I-130 packet, I-130 payment method (check, money order, or Form G-1450) must be the very first item of this packet.

On the I-485 packet, I-485 payment method (check, money order, or Form G-1450) must be the very first item of this packet.

My 485 and 765 are required to be sent to two different address... should I still put it all together....

Read the following: https://www.uscis.gov/i-765-addresses

If you are filing Form I-765 with another form, file both forms at the location specified by the other form. For example, if you are filing Form I-765 with a Form I-539, file both forms according to the Form I-539 Instructions. Use addresses below only when you are NOT submitting Form I-765 with another form.

Thus send everything together to the following address: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-485-application-to-register-permanent-residence-or-adjust-status

i found information in internet that it may be reqiured...

Please don't rely on random information you find on the internet. You will notice that @HRQX answered all your questions with a USCIS link, which is the ONLY reliable source for things related to immigration. I know their website may be a bit difficult to navigate, but you will find lots of useful instructions for every form there.

Thank you all for the answers, guys!

I have a question again. Now we're living in rent condo, but in a few month we're going to buy a house. In all forms i write down our address now, but what should i do once we moved? Will it be a problem? Because it definately will happen in the middle of process..

There is an online form: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAInitForm.do?fromFirstCoaPage=true After moving and you have received the Receipt numbers select "Yes" for "Have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and have not yet received a decision notice, card, or document?"

Also in the "Case Information" section click on "Add more receipt number's" so that you can enter the 3* Receipt numbers: I-485, I-765, and I-131

*The US citizen fills out theirs separately for the I-130. https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAInitForm.do?fromFirstCoaPage=true

  • "Documentation of immigrant category, such as a copy of Form I-797, Approval or Receipt Notice, for the Form I-130 filed on your behalf (unless you are filing your Form I-485 with the Form I-130 filed on your behalf);"

What do we need from here with our situation? We have I-797 form for K-1 that will be withdrawn, but i'm not sure that we need it for I-485?
And if we will send I-485 and I-130 at once we will not have I-130 receipt.

Thank you all, guys, for helping me, i really appreciate it!
