That's an option, I'm just trying to find another way in advance rather than leaving it at the hands of an Uber driver on the day of the ceremony.

Just check Lyft. Go to the ceremony and request a Lyft. When he arrives offer him $20-30 cash to stick around for an hour. They will be happy to stay. I did that for work and the guy was more than happy because he just sat there doing nothing and got cash, didnt have to share with Lyft.

not in my city unfortunately.

I am looking into car services, not many options though unless I want a limo, which I don't lol. I just stumbled upon Taskrabbit website, maybe I'll find my luck there

Well a smaller 6 person limo is usually around $70 ph, Their more of a corporate vehicle not the wedding or prom type lol

on the up side a limo driver is more than happy to sit around waiting defiantly worth considering if paying $60 for Uber you only do the oath ceremony once, may as well do it in style 👸

Hahah can see it now bright yellow stretch Hum V blasting out the anthem through the subwoofers and her poking out of the sunroof while all along the strobe lights a flashing  😂😂

^^ This!  You have to do this now.  LOL!!!  Live stream it on YouTube for good measure.  ;)

All honesty though, I truly love the idea of getting a limo for it.  Go in style, create some awesome memories, have a great story to tell to the future generations.  COVID has made everything so stressful, tense, and crazy.  A splurge like this would just be so awesome.  💖  Great way to end a very long process!

I like it!  Not only that, dangle some free publicity and good will in front of a limo company or two, and maybe the ride will be free!

News at 11!

Local limo company ABC limos heard of the plight of a local resident and offered to help her attend her drive through oath taking ceremony!  ..........Blah, blah, blah, etc.  A crew shows up, the rest is history!

Uber Oath....)))))

Actually, I have done this. I am a Uber driver and a wedding officiant here in Las Vegas. I have picked people up at the license bureau and married them in my car while on the way back to their hotel. It can be done!

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

If one of the kind offers above doesn’t work out i would also suggest booking a limo/car service or similar ahead of time so that you know you have the car for as long as you need. Uber would probably work out ok but I personally wouldn’t want to only find that out for sure half an hour before my ceremony.
