I 130 for my parent

hello I have filled i130 form for my parents, few days before got a call from USCIS saying I made a mistake in pg 8 (The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in)  where I said beneficiary is in usa (The beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in the United States, but he or she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate ) And i said india there. but I realize that they asking about visa interview as my parent is in India only. I submitted latter of explanation. but did not heard anything from uscis. Please help me. and I never receive any NOA as well.  TIA

USCIS called you about something like that?  First I've ever heard of that happening.

Yes they did call me after  i left few msg in inbox of our online filling system.

Well as you've just filed, it will be quite awhile before you hear anything.  If they need addition info, they'll send an RFE.

I have filled in April 2020. And never received an update. When I called few months back they said they transfer my file but I did not anything in paper.

We filed for parent June 2019 and still waiting DQ so nothing is fast.....
