In my marriage certificate my name is mrs. My first and last name but i have not changed my last name to my husbands name does it matter to have mrs. Under my Family's last name?

You are not required to change your name after marriage (I know MANY people who have not changed their names).  Your Nikah Nama has your birth name, correct?  So, only the NADRA marriage certificate is incorrect?

You can get a new English translation made if you are very worried, but it shouldn't be an issue.  The Urdu document is the key legal document for Pakistan, and that is what needs to be correct.  This issue seems like a very minor issue (Mrs vs Ms).

If you haven't submitted your paperwork yet, you can get a new English translation made if you are worried.  You can translate it yourself also.

I don't think it is an issue.  It is a minor typo, which doesn't affect the actual data (your name)
