Hi, it is me again with trouble filling out the form 130. At this part I have no clue of getting these documents. Those that filled it, did you add evidence here? Idk if it is better to pay a lawyer or just keep on doing it on my own. What evidence should I get and upload. I already uploaded pictures of our wedding with family member and Western Union statements of me sending, that was in the other evidence where is asks for pictures, birth certificate etc.

This section is not required. It is a section where you can upload things like school records, census records, etc IF an original document is not available (like a birth certificate).

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

You can disregard that yellow/orange alert. Just move on, it's not an issue.

But after Petitioner's Statement almost everyone is reporting not being able to go forward:

I did it!!! I paid $535 lol. I uploaded a PDF of the i130a because I signed it and because the online form doesn't let me add info on some blank spaces, so I filled it by hand. That was another issue. I just wish the accept it...Im praying

The 130a doesn't have to be signed if the beneficiary is overseas. Where did you sign it?

Well I uploaded the wrong one, but the 130a was signed in preparer and Interpreter. I am looking at my case and it is only filled in those parts with my info but not signed. Does in go in blank?
