I-90 correct name waiting NOA

Hi all,

I had received my renewed GC back in late January. I noticed that my given name got missing letters at the front of the card.

 

Immediately, I refilled the I-90 along with my passport copy and the new GC in early February.

 

USPS tracking number show that the package was delivered at Phoenix. It has been 5 weeks now, I still have not received the NOA.

 

Are there any way I can check the status or call?
