Biometrics appointment

Hi,

I am based in Nashville and my biometrics appointment was scheduled for feb 18 when a snow storm hit and the offices were closed. I haven’t received an appointment rescheduling notice yet. Now the thing is, we are moving to ATL first week of April and I don’t know how to change the city for my biometrics appointment. By the time I get the notice I’m sure the appointment will be scheduled after we have already left and I don’t want to reschedule it then as it will take even longer. In normal circumstances, people say you can just go to an ASC in the city you’re in and they’ll accommodate you but due to covid, they’re not allowing walk-ins and the bot isn’t letting me speak to a representative on the phone. I also don’t want to fly all the way just for this. Please help!
