Well , that y’all . I did enough research to know that we will have to have as much proof as possible . We will be fine . I don’t see this stopping anything due to corona . We know we can’t file until we meet that all I ask  . What experience do you guys have filing immigration or you a immigration officer taking apps . I really want to know . We just need more proof and we have it all . So we aren’t worried at all . I didn’t ask what immigration would see our case as . I asked if we can file since we been canceled to times . The rest of what your saying doesn’t matter . I will get my husband here. I’m not worried at all . As long as we meet it doesn’t matter that makes it legal to immigration period .

Proxy , was the best way for us . Who wants to pay 300 USd when we paid 150 for the marriage and 50 for the shipping of paperwork. Also , it’s more convenient a wedding versus having to pay and set a day at the justice . It’s more about time and money to me . I’m going see him regardless we are having a wedding . I will see him sooner or later . I have put off on my Master degree because of this . I can’t leave school anytime nor do they have reliable internet . Not all people do this to think they can apply . We wanted be married is why

Except that it really doesn't save any time in the immigration process whatsoever, as you are finding out....

I don’t see this being a problem

At the end of the day though, USCIS/DOS may see it as a problem.   What will you do if he is denied a visa because your proxy 'marriage' is not seen as bonafide?  Are you prepared to move to Gambia?

Also not true.  You may want to do some research on all the denials for applicants from high-fraud (particularly African) countries.   It will be eye-opening.
