Hello, everyone. My apologies if this has been asked before. If that's case, please tell me where so I can find my answer. I am adjusting status as a DV 2021 selectee. I filed my case in December and it's been 3 months now. I have not received a biometrics appointment notice yet. Is this normal? How long have others been waiting so far? Anything I should/can do?

It’s “normal” for now, there are big Covid backlogs. Some DV applicants have been successful in getting a tier 2 rep on the uscis helpline to get a bio appointment arranged for them, others have not had the same luck - so that’s worth a try but not guaranteed.
