Hello Folks,

we are in the process to submit documents to NVC. My brother is listed under f22 although he just turned 21. How long will this means going to be taking for him to get an interview?  It’s confusing!

He will have some age-out protection because of CSPA, without knowing details if he just turned 21 then almost certainly his CSPA age is still under 21. If you submit the documents then you (he) will lock in that CSPA age under 21. How long to get the interview depends on which embassy he is at ( the queue of backlogged visa applicants at that embassy, Covid restrictions etc)
