I-864 Affidavit of Support

I work full time. I also have two children that are dependents. Do I count the child support as part of the houshold income or do I leave that out? I see the place for assets, but nothing on any additiona income. Do I add this amount to my gross income?

I did, I just had my ex make a notorized affidavit stating what he pays me and I included the court papers ordering him to pay me. I just added and extra paper to the I-864 since there was no place to list it.

Child support is no different than any other source of income. It can be included if it can be documented.

If your income requires further documentation than your W2 and tax returns easily illustrate, mark the appropriate line of the I864 referencing "see Attachment A" and explain and document all sources on the attachment.

If your earnings from your regular employment are enough to meet the requirements of the I864, it is not required that you include other sources of income.
