Please help, I130 online filing bug

Hello all. I'm trying to file I130 form online for my spouse.

I've uploaded all documents and filled in everything required of me.2034663081_ScreenShot2021-03-05at6_00_48PM.thumb.png.e94ffd93331f7403541aa59a66c4cc1a.png

When I get to "Your signature" step... and tick the check box then click "Next".. I keep getting an error message saying "We were unable to save your form" as pictured above.

I've tried deleting my draft and starting from scratch -- it doesn't help.

Could it be because I uploaded many supporting documents (10) ? They all uploaded just fine.

I called USCIS and they said they don't know why this happened and suggested to file via mail (which I don't want to do).

Any help would be very deeply appreciated. thanks.

Theres a current post on another forum about this issue. (On second look that post is yours -LOL-) and others have commented there that they are having the same issue. I believe its related to Adobe (they discontinued flash player recently). So if you havent already you can try the basic troubleshooting steps of clearing cache/different browser/different device. Also make sure you uninstalled flash player, perhaps reinstall anything adobe related as well (?) If its still not working - the error is most likely on USCIS end-- so you can either file by mail or wait for USCIS to fix the error but since they havent even acknowledged its a problem it might be a while for a fix..

Good answer.  People may be tired of hearing this, but the issues with online filing have not yet been dealt with.  That's why I still recommend filing with paper, by mail or courier.
