Documentarily Qualified Twice

Hi Everyone,

I have a little confusion with my IR1 Case being DQ Twice. It was first documentarily qualified on Oct 17 2020, NVC had told us that my wife's income isn't enough after being DQ they suggested us to add a Joint Sponsor. We uploaded Joint Sponsor documents a couple weeks after being DQ. We were later again documentarily qualified again on Jan 13 2021.

The confusion here is NVC says they they send file to the embassy during the time of 90 days. Will the first documentarily qualified date apply to my case or the second? I haven't receive any update it's been more than 3 months since the first DQ date.

Does anyone have any idea which documentarily qualified date would NVC consider to further process my case? I am aware of the backlog at the embassies though getting the notification twice got us confused.
Thank you for your help!

What really matters is the embassy/consulate backlog for scheduling interviews.  NVC does not send the file until there is an interview opening and many are ahead of you in line so some have waited a lot more than 90 days because of COVID and the closing of many embassies and consulates which are slowly starting to schedule interviews again.  Check with your country's forum or search for country-specific threads on wait times after NVC finishes checking documents.  Good luck!
