Hello, i have an appointment for the aos, they’re giving me only 15 days to prepare everything. I have everything except the copy of the packet we submitted (we either cant find the copies or didnt make any somehow) - also since i still dont get my work permit, i dont have a ssn so we dont have a lot of marriage evidence other than personal things like pictures. My husband has everything on his name since i dont have credit score or ssn. Would this be a problem? Thank you for the help!

You don't need a copy of what was submitted.   The IO will have your file in front of him.

YMMV

Don't be nervous. For example on my interview they didn't asked for anything. He asked me basic questions aka am I terrorist and then how did we met each other. After a minute long story we started to talk about different netflix shows. At the end of the day we had 25 minute long interview and 20 of them we were recommending each other different shows. I asked if he wants to see our pictures or any other evidence, he told that we are good. At the end He told if any documents will be missing they will send RFE. Got approved two days after interview. Don't be afraid, everything will be fine. Just be honest and don't tell anything bad unless they ask.

Thank you! I had a very good and easy experience with the k1 visa interview so i have an idea of what to expect - and hopefully they let me know if it’s approved as fast as yours!

You dont need a job to get a SSN! I husband got one right after we got married.

Hi. What is your timeline like, if you don't mind sharing? Starting from when you filed for AOS. Thanks!
