Notice was returned to Us is because they could not delivered it

Greetings family 

I am confused at the moment.

USCIS RETURN NOTICE BECAUSE IT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED AND I SEND THEM A REQUEST SINCE FEBRUARY 8 AND THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE RETURN ON THE 22 OF FEBRUARY WHICH HAVE SINCE PASSED WHICH THEY DIDN'T SEND IT.

THEN THEY HAVE SENT ANOTHER AGAIN

 

On March 1, 2021, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number WAC1890360600, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case.

I am confused because Ii is taking so long. Since February till now

There seems to be a problem with the address they have for you, did you check that with them?

This is the only reason to keep getting notices that the post office can’t deliver.
