Ds 3098 Original Registartion Date

Hello my fiance and I are trying to transfer her K1 Visa from Seoul to Manila. We have to fill out a DS 3098 but we are not sure what date we put for the section of "Original Registration Date". Any advice will help thank you.

Ds 3098 is for spousal visas.  

 

Normally all you need to do is contact Manila and provide the reason for the transfer.   If they agree to the transfer,  they will request the file from Seoul.   The downside at the moment,  is Manila is not accepting any files.

I would have suggest to finish the processing here in Seoul. There's a lot of backlogs in USEM now.
