SSN from previous F1, filing for K1

My fiancé (USA) and I (Canadian) are planning to file a k1 visa. I used to go to school in the US and stayed a year for work under an F1 Visa. During that time I received a SSN. What happens when I go to the US under the F1 visa? Is my SSN still valid or is there anything I need to file?
