We been waiting since february 6, 2020 for an approval since we got or NOA 1 on our I-130 petition. We was able to request our case outside of processing times february 4, 2020. it said: expect a reply by february 26,2021. Now is march 4th and we still didn't heard anything back. We just started feeling really frustated and dont know what else we can do. We tried to contact them and he wrote a email but no respond. Do anyone know what else we can do at this point?

We are in a similar situation. We have submitted an 'outside of normal processing times' service request for a case enquiry just over a week ago and were told we would hear back from them by the 18th March. So far, nothing. Our online profile hasn't changed to even acknowledge the service request and, frankly, after reading other peoples experiences here, we aren't exactly hopeful of getting a response any time soon.

I would also be interested to hear what people recommend to do after the service request, if they don't get a response. I am guessing phoning up and trying to get hold of a live agent would be the next step, although we are not sure how best to do that currently.
