Hi everyone ! I really need help !

I had my marriage AOS interview on February 24, we were approved and I received my Approval notice yesterday. Today morning our case status showed " Card was picked up by the USPS " and now in the afternoon our case status says " Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It " and they are asking me to file a request online to request a copy of the notice. ( I have not changed my address at all )

What do they mean ? Do they mean the Green Card was not delivered or another notice ? What should I do ? Did anyone go through the same thing ?

Per your statement, the card was picked today morning. Surely, it cannot be at your mailbox on the afternoon of the same day, even if you stay next door to the USCIS office.

Be patient. Let PO do its job.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

By why did they say that it was returned and ask me to file a request ?

What does it say on the USPS tracking site? USCIS.gov should have provided a tracking number.

You can also call or chat with a tier 1 to get the tracking info. That's how I got mine. It never updated online.

When I called it was an automatic response, I couldn't talk to an actual representative

Ma'am just relax. Maybe it was equipment error. The card will get to you. Give it a week.

Don't camp at your mailbox.

Take it easy and preoccupy yourself with other things.

USCIS.gov shows the tracking number on the case update page but if the update was changed to "Notice Returned", I guess the tracking number doesn't show anymore. But as the other person said, this is most likely an error. Chill and wait a week to see if it gets delivered.

I went through the same issue. So I ended up chatting with emma on the uscic.gov. website. Type in 'live agent' at the chat box and emma should transfer you to an agent who should be able to provide tracking info. Hope it helps.
