Hey, just wondering if I need to put a specific address multiple times in the address history section? E.g., if I lived at address A for one year, the address B the following year, and then address A for one more year, do I put A in twice? I'm assuming yes but just wanted to make sure.

Yes.  You should record the sequential time period at each residence.

Thanks for your answer!

Actually, if I could just pick your brain for a second, under beneficiary address history section 13.b., it automatically inserts a "PRESENT" into the box (date to). This is a problem as it's not my current address. I did some clicking on the form and the present has since disappeared but it won't let me add in another date. Is it okay for me to handwrite one in?

Yes adding handwritten things in black or blue ink is fine.
