No, because the consulates in UAE are only accepting emergency appointments.

Thank you makes sense, as per my sister the application already mentions the 1st interview to be in December for right now. So I guess it's a long wait for people applying. In this case should going ahead with the application n waiting till the Interview is a good idea?

secondly, my parents green card is in process does my sister applying for the visit visa affect her case because of the parents case in anyway my all family travels alot n stay within the limits of visas always

Plz help

She may as well do the application so that when appointments are available she can sign up.

 

Your parents case should be separate from your sister but there is no guarantee how a consular official will treat the case.
