Case Reaffirmed sent back to Myanmar... What to expect next?

I am a US Citizen.  My wife is a green card holder, we are in the removing conditions phase. Her daughter was here before my wife and I got married.  It turned out that her work's lawyer gave her bad information and told her that her daughter had to go home to re-new her I-94(I now know this is untrue, our attorney we use now told us when we told her that we should've never done that and we were given terrible information).

Anyhow, so now we are married.

So naturally I applied for the  I-30 and all the necessary stuff to get her daughter over here.  Everything was approved over here, and then sent to Myanmar 2 plus years ago. When she finally got her interview, they said they had to keep all the documents and send everything back to USCIS since they were denying it. Never gave any reason whatsoever. Not to her and not me in the dozen times I got them on the phone.

Anyhow, my attorney said best case is that USCIS reaffirms the case and it gets sent back to the embassy.   Well today that's exactly what happened.  Her case was reaffirmed and it's now on it's way back to Myanmar(terrible timing with the coup, and to know that's where my daughter is living right now).

So all I am asking is what to expect?

Is it more than likely going to be approved the 2nd time around? Or is it just as likely that it gets rejected a second time. Very annoying they refused to tell our attorney, my daughter, or even myself why it was rejected in the first place.  Basically I want to know how optimistic my wife and I should be. My wife has been away from her only biological child now for 3 almost 4 years.  I've seen the stress and sadness it's done to her.  So as her husband I just want it all to work out.  :)
