NOA 1: 03/12/21, from Texas Service Center.

AR: 06/23/21, no news since then.. 😔

Hi @ Hubbster14 -  My NOA1 said Nebraska but Emma said that it had moved to Texas although I have had no notice of transfer.

Yeah it seems they are super slow. My case has been there since the beginning.

told me it’s in Texas.

my case status changed to APPROVED today.

so the NVC letter send time is base on notice date or case status date?

because my approval notice date is 09/30 and the case status said my case approved on 10/04

Not much happening in Texas lately... the average time on both VisaJourney and USCIS keeps getting moved back  I just hope it gets approved by 11/15, because everything slows down so much afterwards with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE.

They are supposed to be the fastest service centre but I’m really confused why ours are taking so long. No RFE and not being actively reviewed. We didn’t even received a receipt notice in our mail. I don’t know if they are really touching our application or what.. sorry for the venting..

Im not to sure. But looking at the timelines I'm somewhat disappointed. Some are taking 500-600 days from NOA1 to card in hand.

I never received the receipt notice in the mail or it is not uploaded in docs either … nothing has been uploaded including requests for expedite and NOA1 so I wonder if they have touched ours as well but it says actively reviewing as well
